Virgin Mobile UAE, which won two gongs at the 2019 Gulf Customer Experience Awards, has launched a new family plan which allows customers to add up to four mobile plans onto their account.

The plan is designed to make it easier for busy families to set up and manage a mobile plan for each member, and reflects the principals of the company, which won awards for Customer Happiness and Best use of Application/Mobile at the GCXA ceremony in January.

Once added, both the primary account holder as well as the added SIMs get 500 free local minutes every month on top of their plan, helping all those in the family to stay in touch more.

However, time is running out to sign up, with the deadline set for October 31.
