The finalists for the fourth Gulf Customer Experience Awards have been revealed.

The event will take place in Dubai on January 22 and will see delegations from the shortlisted companies present to an expert panel of judges in hopes of securing success in 24 categories, with one Overall Winner set to be named from the day’s winners.

Among the finalists shortlisted for this year’s event are RAKBank, Virgin Mobile UAE, Emirates Group, Saudi Telecom Company, and many more.

Judges this year include international CX consultant and author Ian Golding; Lynn baker, Director of CX Connect; Jorge Castellote, co-founder of Innoway; and Lijo Ittoop, founder of Prodigi Connect. For a full list of this year’s judges, click here.

Many of the finalists’ presentations will be open for viewing, while the gathering will once again be the best CX networking opportunity in Dubai.

The annual event is hosted by Awards International UAE, and Managing Director Mark Hamill said: “This is the fourth year of the awards and each year the event goes from strength-to-strength.
