The Gulf Real Estate Awards, which have taken place in Dubai, celebrated a “renaissance” that is helping the region remain the industry’s global centre of innovation and excellence.

Hosted by Awards International UAE at the spectacular Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the two-day event saw finalists compete across 20 categories, with presentations before judges on the first day, and winners announced at a gala dinner ceremony the following evening.

2018 was the second year the Gulf Real Estate Awards have been held, and the standard of presentations has been described as a “huge improvement” on the previous year, as the industry in Dubai and the wider Gulf region continues to shape economies and skylines at  rapid pace.

This year, UAE property developers Binghatti were named Best Overall Real Estate winners for their stunning Binghatti Stars project in the heart of the Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Since it was unveiled at Cityscape Global 2017, the Stars development has become Dubai’s most anticipated real estate project. The building – which has been described by Binghatti as typifying the “art of property” will feature 363 residential apartments, along with a range of lifestyle amenities including a gym, pool, and Jacuzzi.

Binghatti also enjoyed success in the Best Marketing Campiagn category, and the Best Real Estate Project (Off-Plan) category.

Speaking of his firm’s success, Binghatti Developers CEO Muhammad BinGhatti said:

“Winning these categories at the Gulf’s most prestigious awards reflects our commitment to hard work, innovation, and creativity. We remain loyal and committed to expanding our real estate portfolio and positively contributing to HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Makyoum’s vision to make Dubai number one in every sector and aspect of life.

Through our ground-breaking projects, we are willing to keep winning the most prestigious real estate awards with the ambition of creating a renaissance of property, not only in Dubai, but in the whole region.”
