In a recent study conducted by Doctoruna.com, online medical directory and doctor appointment booking website, it was found that 78% of online users look for doctors online, while 63% of them prefer to book online rather than the call centre. Also, 66% of users confirmed that they are comfortable sharing their medical records online with their doctors.
