Qualification Criteria for Tickets
As a curated event, tickets are reserved for CX leaders and practitioners responsible for customer experience strategy, delivery, or transformation.
This includes roles across:
Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Service
Customer Insights and Voice of the Customer
Digital, Product, and Experience Design
Data and Analytics (CX-related)
To qualify, you must:
Work for an end-user organisation (not a vendor or consultancy)
Hold responsibility for CX strategy, delivery, or improvement
Tickets are not available to vendors, consultants, or solution providers. Vendors and solution providers must apply via our sponsors or partner programme.
