Work Platform monday.com Expands AI-Powered Agents, CRM Suite and Enterprise Capabilities
Rolling out a raft of new features at its Elevate New York event, monday.com continues to building on its AI foundation, with a new agent builder, monday agents, and three new AI capabilities, monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick.
In front of 2,500-plus atttendees, the company also launched monday campaigns, a new AI-powered product within the CRM suite. Also, it expanded its enterprise-ready platform with fresh capabilities to empower organisations to execute with speed and precision.
The company states that “AI is no longer the future of work; it is already reshaping how leading businesses operate today. Yet as innovation accelerates, many organisations still struggle to realise meaningful impact from their AI investments. monday.com is closing this gap by delivering AI that is effortless to adopt and impactful from day one.”
Working Any Given Monday
The first agents available are part of monday CRM, focused on sales development (SDR) work. These agents instantly engage new leads while they’re warm, enrich data, qualify prospects, and capture every interaction directly in the CRM, expanding pipeline capacity and ensuring seamless handoff to sales teams.
Looking ahead, monday agents will empower organisations to build agents for every function across the business, from scheduling meetings and tracking action items to conducting research and creating tailored strategies, unlocking new opportunities for efficiency, scale, and impact.
