CX Winners Among the Happiest Workplaces Announced in WorkL’s Global List
Employee experience can be hard to measure through internal metrics with many workers unwilling (and a few, always too willing) to rock the boat.
External insights give a better example, with WorkL’s latest “World’s Happiest Workplaces” list seeing over a million anonymous entries to help compile the list.
Comprised of companies large and small, the list highlights some the happiest organisations globally from the world of technology, with familiar names including:
- ServiceNow – Technology – UK.
- Auth0 – Technology – UK.
- CGI UK – Technology – UK.
- Jollibee – Hospitality – Philippines and Canada.
- Standard Bank – Financial Services – South Africa.
- Disney – Entertainment and Media – USA.
- Atlassian – Technology – UK.
- Sheraton Athlone Hotel – Hospitality – Ireland.
- DIOR – Retail – France.
- ING Bank – Financial Services – Poland.
Okay, it is a little odd seeing the UK security service MI5 and “Dave’s News and Booze” on the same page, but such is the breadth and feedback of unsolicited feedback.
Friends and Happy Employees
Of course, at CXM, we know plenty of businesses that deliver great employee and customer experience, through the many Awards International events.
It is good to see some of those recognised here, including: GCXA Best Customer Centric Culture – Over 1,000 Employees Sliver winner Al Fattaim Group and UKCXA overall winner Experian.
Data on each company highlights an overall score, ratings for recognition, information sharing, empowerment and satisfaction, among other categories.
The comprehensive list of winners, compiled by WorkL, the employee experience platform that measures, tracks, and improves employee engagement and employee happiness at work, saw over 120,000 organisations entered for their 2026 awards.
The list is searchable by organisation name or filtered by 25 different industries, countries and 10 categories. 2026’s results are based on the feedback from over a million employees who took WorkL’s Happy at Work Test to enter their organisation into these awards.
Testing for the Happiest Businesses
The anonymous test, which takes less than ten minutes for employees to take for free, looks at various areas that impact work life. Organisations who scored 70 and over feature in the exclusive list.
Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL comments on the list; “I’m delighted to publish the World’s Happiest Workplaces 2026 List today. Organisations who are recognised report higher productivity, lower staff turnover and lower sick leave as a result of employees being happier.”
He concludes, “Our research shows that nearly 50% of people are unhappy, anxious or depressed at work. It’s our mission to make the world’s workplaces happier, and it starts with acknowledging the ones who are doing a good job.”
