Voting is Open! Decide Your CXMStars of 2026
Here they are — the list of the nominated CXMStars for 2026! This year, we’ve received a record number of nominations and completed applications, so thank you very much everybody! Our list contains top CX Professionals and Influencers, but here is the catch… they had to be nominated to take part!
Now we need your help to rank them.
Voting is Now Open for Two Weeks
The deadline for voting is the 30th January, so make your vote count! 50% of all scores will come from the audience’s votes, and 50% from the judging panel.
It’s now time to reward those CX Leaders that you think have done an outstanding job. The profiles of the nominated CXM Stars can be found here. You can get to know our community and their achievements by clicking through to their profiles.
How to Vote
Once registered, select your top five CXM Stars, then rank them in the order of your choosing. You can award your chosen candidate 1-5 points, and leave a small comment as to why you are voting for them. It’s that simple!
Once your votes have been submitted, the CXM team will oversee the process of calculating the final order of 2026’s CXMStars. This final ranking will come from the accumulation of total readers’ votes and judges’ scores.
