ICXA Winner Prologis Turns the Earnings Corner for Warehouse Leasing

Prologis picked up a hatful of gongs last November at the International Customer Experience Awards. The US-based global warehouse leasing firm took home awards for:

  • Best B2B Customer Experience,

  • Transport and Logistics and Best Use of Customer Insight and Feedback

Now the company, which has 6,500 customers and 1.3 billion square feet of warehousing around the world, is showing the results of its dedication to customer service and experience. Prologis has posted strong results for its latest financial quarter and full year earnings:

  • Net earnings per diluted share was $1.49 for the quarter and $3.56 for the year compared with $1.37 and $4.01 for the corresponding periods in 2024.
  • Total revenue hit $2.25 billion from $2.2 billion a year earlier.
  • For the year, Prologis reported funds from operations of $5.56 billion.
  • Yearly revenue was reported as $8.16 billion.
  • Retention rate: 78% of customers retained during the quarter.

The Power of CX Commitment for Prologis

In response to the earnings news, Prologis CEO, Daniel S. Letter, noted, “2025 was a record year for lease signings, setting the business up with strong momentum for 2026.”

“Customers are making long-term decisions with greater conviction, and we are meeting that demand with a platform that brings logistics, digital infrastructure and energy together at a global scale.”

Prologis is demonstrating its growth in power generation, expanding its data centre power pipeline to 5.7 gigawatts of capacity secured or in advanced stages of procurement and surpassed its 1 gigawatt target for installed solar and battery storage.

“The company delivered excellent fourth quarter and full year results,” said Timothy D. Arndt, chief financial officer of Prologis. “As we look ahead, embedded growth, disciplined investment activity and unmatched global capital access give us confidence in our earnings growth outlook for 2026 and beyond.”

Earnings Calls Customer Notes

Discussing the earnings, Letter highlighted, “As we build on this momentum, I want to start by recognizing our teams around the world. Their dedication, creativity, and customer focus are central to Prologis’ success.”

“Across conversations with customers, investors, business partners, and our teams, a consistent theme comes through. Prologis’ leadership goes well beyond scale. It’s about how we operate.”
