Rolls-Royce Launches New Employer Brand “Infinite Potential”

Rolls Royce

Rolls-Royce (the aerospace and engineering company), one the UK’s major technology success stories, is reimagining its place as a key employer through a new brand, welcome Infinite Potential.

Infinite Potential, according to the team “reflects what it truly means to be part of Rolls-Royce today, as we continue to transform into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Progress here begins with our people and their determination to do things better than before. When ambition and ideas connect, they create momentum and redefine what’s possible.”

Employing around 42,000 people in over 50 countries, the brand is famous for its aircraft engines, including the Trent series, defence and marine technology.

Talent and Culture Rise Together

Jo Sutton, Global Head of Talent Acquisition Operations at Rolls-Royce, highlights the scheme’s ambition, “This work has been a true collaboration across Talent, People, Comms and our partners, and a huge amount of thought, care and challenge has gone into bringing our culture, ambition and expectations to life in a way that feels authentic and future-focused.”

“Infinite Potential reflects the evolution of our culture and builds on our People Deal — clarity on what our people can expect from us, and what we ask of each other in return. When expectations are clear and people are empowered, potential really does become limitless.”

While the company’s fortunes and staffing levels have fluctuated over recent times, the news should make for a more harmonious and innovative employee experience for a company that requires innovation to keep up with American giants and rising Chinese rivals.
