What Comes Next

Making the shortlist is only the beginning. The next stage is the Awards Finals – live online presentations on 21 May, where finalists will present their work directly to independent judges. It is a rigorous process, and one that distinguishes UKEXA from simpler recognition programmes. Every finalist earns their result in front of a panel, not just on paper.

The winners will then be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on 9 July in London – an evening bringing together EX practitioners, leaders, and advocates from across the UK to celebrate the organisations raising the standard for workplace experience.

Whether you’re a finalist, a supporter, or simply curious about where UK EX practice is heading, the ceremony is open to all! Visit e-x-a.co.uk for more details and to register your interest.
