CXM Tech Stars Launches — Recognising the People Building the Future of CX Technology

Customer Experience Magazine is delighted to announce the launch of CXM Tech Stars, a new global recognition programme dedicated to technology innovators in the customer experience space.

Remember CXM Stars? This one’s a bit different. While our previous CXM Stars focused on CX practitioners and consultants, Tech Stars focuses on the people building and driving the technology engine beneath the surface. This includes the platform architects, product leaders, integration specialists, consultants, analysts, and founders that are shaping the technology decisions that increasingly define how customer experience actually gets delivered. Our Tech Stars might work in an enterprise business, a vendor, or be in the supply chain!

If you’ve spent any time around CX leaders over the last twelve months, you’ll know how much has shifted. Contact centres are being rebuilt as orchestration layers. Automation and data strategy are moving from back-office concerns to boardroom ones. And the people doing that work — the technologists — don’t always pick up the recognition.

We want to change that.

Who Tech Stars is for?

The programme is deliberately broad. We want to hear about:

  • Enterprise CX & CCaaS technology leaders
  • Product builders behind the platforms shaping the market
  • Consultants and analysts influencing where the category goes next
  • Integration specialists joining fragmented systems into something that works
  • Founders and operators reshaping the vendor landscape

How does the process work?

1st – Nominations and profile creation (NOW – June 26th): You invite those worthy to take part. Once they accept the nomination, they can create a profile and enter achievements, big wins, and some future perspective on the CX technology space. Nominate your Tech Stars NOW!

2nd – Public Vote (June 29th – July 31st): If you are lucky enough to get nominated, you have a month to accumulate votes on your profile from your network.

3rd – Judging Panel (June 29th – July 31st): Our expert judges (announced soon!) will be scoring profiles submitted. Judges will assess candidates based on leadership, technology innovation, business impact, and contribution to the wider industry.

Leading into CX Vision 2035

Tech Stars is also the launchpad for something bigger. Later this year, we’re bringing the CX industry together at CX Vision 2035 — the moment where senior CX leaders, strategists, and the most influential voices in technology meet to map out the next decade of customer experience. Our Tech Stars and CXM Stars sit right at the heart of that. They’re the people whose thinking will shape the conversations, set the priorities, and define what it actually takes for businesses to compete on customer experience over the years ahead.
