The wait is over — the International Customer Experience Awards 2025 finalists have been chosen!
Some of the world’s best-known brands are in the running this year, including Vodafone Türkiye, Octopus Energy, TUI, Costa, and MSD. A diverse mix of innovators, market disruptors, and rising stars is pushing the boundaries of what customer experience can be.

A Record Year
This year’s competition has been bigger and bolder than ever before. Out of 440 submissions, an impressive 391 entries made it to the finals, representing the work of 144 companies worldwide. The level of innovation and dedication to customer excellence has set a new standard across the industry.
The journey continues as finalists prepare to showcase their achievements during the Awards Finals Presentations, taking place online on 5 and 6 November 2025. This stage offers the chance to see first-hand the strategies, creativity, and customer-first thinking that earned them a spot on the shortlist.
