And the UK Employee Experience 2025 Awards Winners Are…

Wednesday, 17th of September saw the UK’s EX great and good, plus an impressive showing of new EX talent gather at the Hilton Hotel, Paddington in London. Under the stage lights, over 200 guests saw teams collect Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards across 16 Employee Experience categories of the UKEXA25 event, now in its ninth year.

Across the day, guests enjoyed a networking event, lively panel discussion on EX challenges led by Nathan Dring, and a three-course dinner during the awards. All that while raising over £4,000 for Barnado’s childrens’ charity through a raffle.

Big winners were Dorset’s Verplas (read more on their triple win here), business behavioural science firm Sprint Valley and health giant Bupa, with Alternate Future Group’s Kirsty Murphy taking home the Leader of the Year Award.

Congratulations to them and thanks for making CXM a part of their night.

David Dungay, the new Editor in Chief of CXM, cut a busy figure at the UKEXA25 Awards, presenting Kirsty Murphy of the Alternate Future Group with the Leader of the Year Award, and interviewing all the winners as they exited the stage.

He noted that “It was a delight to see such enthusiasm for the awards, and the energy of the teams in delivering world-class employee experiences. It is vital to bring together the industry to celebrate this success and share the latest best practices, while driving EX as inspirational and a must for future leaders and today’s employees.”
