The Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2026 Winners Are Revealed

On June 10, the Gulf’s customer experience community gathered in Dubai for the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2026, an evening honouring the organisations and individuals raising service standards across the region. Finalists presented their work to an independent judging panel, with entries scored across 28 categories before a single overall winner emerged.

Overall Winner

The General Directorate for Identity and Foreigners Affairs earned the night’s top honour, which goes to the entry scoring highest across all categories. The directorate also won four gold awards for Best Digital CX, Best Innovation in CX – Over 25 Years in Business, Best Use of Customer Insight & Feedback, and Customers at the Heart of Everything – Over 1,000 Employees.

Other Gold Winners

Wio Bank and Yango Group each won three golds: Wio Bank took Customers at the Heart of Everything, Best Innovation in CX, and Best User Experience, while Yango Group took Best Customer Service, Best Employee Experience, and Best Employee-Driven CX / Best Place to Work.

Two golds went to each of six more names. Qiwa – Takamol, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Human Resources Development Fund, the Council of Health Insurance, Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, and e& won in two categories apiece.

Stephan Davies of Al Masaood Automobiles won CX Leader of the Year, an award that rewards the results behind a leader’s team and the standard they set for the people around them.

Judges decided 28 categories in total, spanning Best CX Strategy, Customers at the Heart of Everything, Best Customer-Centric Culture, Best Contact Centre, and Best Complaint Handling, alongside individual and team honours. The line-up covers the full span of customer experience work in the Gulf, from frontline service to the culture and strategy that hold it together. CXM has followed the Gulf programme across previous editions, tracking the brands and public bodies setting the pace each year.

GCXA finalists are shortlisted directly to the International Customer Experience Awards, where the region’s strongest entries compete against the best from around the world.
