ServiceNow has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Logik.ai, an AI-driven Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions provider. This strategic acquisition will enhance ServiceNow’s growing presence in CRM, allowing sales teams to streamline deal processes, increase productivity, and improve overall efficiency.
Integrating Logik.ai’s advanced capabilities, ServiceNow aims to revolutionise Sales and Order Management (SOM), optimising the entire commercial lifecycle from quoting and order placement to fulfilment, renewals, and expansion.
“ServiceNow is advancing our commitment to offer robust, deeply connected CRM tools. The CPQ space is evolving, and Logik.ai is leading the way to a simpler, AI-powered selling experience across channels. By adding Logik.ai’s industry-leading sales and commerce solution to our CRM offering, ServiceNow will further enhance our capability to sell, fulfill, and service on a single platform. It’s about delivering a fundamentally different vision and approach to traditional CRM and CPQ offerings — one that addresses the real pain points in connecting end-to-end customer experiences,” said John Ball, EVP and GM of CRM & Industry Workflows at ServiceNow.
Many businesses, particularly in industries like manufacturing, high-tech, and medical devices, struggle with inefficient sales processes due to complex product configurations, inconsistent pricing, and error-prone manual quoting. Sales teams often find themselves bogged down by spreadsheets, outdated pricing structures, and fragmented approval workflows—delays that can result in lost revenue and dissatisfied customers. Logik.ai addresses these challenges by leveraging AI to streamline and accelerate transaction management through an intelligent rules engine designed for speed, simplicity, and scalability.
Enhancing sales & commerce with AI-powered CPQ
The integration of Logik.ai with ServiceNow’s CRM & Industry Workflows—the company’s fastest-growing business segment—will significantly elevate customers’ sales and commerce performance.
Logik.ai’s flexible and composable solution is designed to handle large transaction volumes while providing seamless experiences for various sales workflows, including direct sales, partner channels, direct-to-business, and consumer self-service. Major brands such as Keysight, Oldcastle Infrastructure, Lamons, and CORT already rely on Logik.ai’s technology to simplify and optimize their sales operations.
With connectivity to nearly 50 technology partners, including existing ServiceNow integrations, Logik.ai will effortlessly align with ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management and Sales and Order Management solutions. This will enable businesses to navigate complex selling processes more efficiently while unlocking enhanced self-service capabilities for customers and partners.
