ParkHub, the go-to event parking platform across North America, has officially rebranded as JustPark, marking the next chapter in its global takeover following its April 2024 merger with the UK parking app giant.

The new JustPark brand is a full integration of forces: UK app simplicity meets U.S. stadium-scale muscle. Already racking up $1 billion in bookings annually across 500+ B2B clients stateside, the US Customer Experience Awards winner is eyeing global dominance one parking space at a time.

Since the merger, the brand has been busy exporting its U.K. reservation system to iconic U.S. venues, including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Rose Bowl, and the Las Vegas Convention Center. From airport lots in Reno to university campuses, JustPark is establishing a presence in every corner of the parking ecosystem.

The company now plans to roll out its U.S. event parking tech back in the UK, creating a true transatlantic loop of parking innovation.

Jeff Shanahan, CEO of JustPark said: “Both brands have a proud history of disrupting the parking industry with exceptional customer experiences, live data-backed insights and a strong tech platform. By uniting on our strengths, we’re shaping a more powerful, futureproof business, one that evolves with our customers and continues to add value through innovative products, bespoke partnerships, and a consistent brand experience.”

JustPark’s British-born app, already a household name with 14 million users tapping to find and pay for parking, will now serve as the face of a global operation.

With a shared focus on real-time data, seamless digital booking and tailored B2B partnerships, the rebrand reflects a broader mission: to make parking work better for everyone, everywhere.
