To keep up with the rising demand for instant, seamless communication, Infobip has deepened its ties with Oracle, promising businesses a faster route to global conversations via channels like WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS.
The move centres on a new Omnichannel Messaging Adapter built for Oracle Integration, which now gives Oracle and Infobip users a shortcut to deploying and managing chat-based customer experiences without the usual developer headaches.
Designed for speed and flexibility, the adapter lets companies tap into Infobip’s messaging tech from inside Oracle’s enterprise software, cutting down time-to-market and sparing teams from stitching together complex integrations.
To sweeten the deal, Infobip is also rolling out a prebuilt “Accelerator” for Oracle’s B2C Service. This feature lets support teams chat with customers over WhatsApp or SMS right out of the box, with no code and no fuss.
Deepak Arora, vice president, product management, Oracle, said: “Our new collaboration with Infobip will help enterprises simplify connectivity and provide integration between the Infobip messaging platform and any applications using our unified integration platform as a service, Oracle Integration. This partnership builds on our vision of fueling AI innovation for more businesses by integrating any apps, data, and services anywhere.”
The partnership bolsters Oracle’s pitch as a cloud giant that can move with the times, offering secure and scalable connections to today’s preferred messaging platforms. For Infobip, it’s another sign that the company is moving deeper into the enterprise mainstream: no longer just powering messages, but the very infrastructure of customer conversation.
