What Consumer Electronics Show 2026 Will Show Us About the Future of CX

As soon as we get back from the New Year break, all bleary eyes will be on Las Vegas where the ever-popular Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will kick off.

The massive Consumer Technology Association show highlights the latest in gadgets, home and car technology, automated vehicles, smart home systems and software apps. It shows off many revolutionary ideas in consumer experiences, which rapidly get picked up by everyone else, delivering better CX.

Running from the 6-9th of January, with lots of early press events from the likes of Samsung, BMW, Microsoft, Sony, NVIDIA, Amazon, to endless consumers brands. They’ll all be waving the latest AI-powered products and services across the show.

The CX Value from CES

Alongside the technology, there are plenty of presentations and conferences sessions relevant to CX, such as “The End of the Funnel” discussing how growth isn’t a journey. It’s an instant.

While the likes of Eli Lilly will be showing off the latest in their direct-to-consumer healthcare platform. And major speeches from Siemens President and CEO Roland Busch will reveal how AI-powered industrial tech stack and applications are transforming manufacturing, infrastructure and transportation.

Deloitte will also be at the show, explaining the business value in all the technology across a range of panels and sessions.

And there will be plenty of brands on the show floor like SoundHound, highlighting its AI’s voice and conversational power that helps businesses create better customer experiences.

The Hottest Gadgets On the CES Show Floor

Every brand will be competing with rivals for space and news, making the show such a big deal. Among the endless walls of 4K TVs, white goods and robots, brands with a major interest in CX on the show floor will include:

Bosch with more smart kitchen appliances and an interactive AR mirror.

Richtech Robotics and their service industry automatons that represent an increasingly familiar sight on the retail and healthcare landscape.

Samsung is launching its Device Experience Division, likely focused on AI and VR or augemented devices

Sony and Honda’s partnerships will reveal their first car, Afeela

LG will have a battery of new home entertainment systems and technology to the tune of “Innovation In Tune With You.”
