Accenture Expands Salesforce and Gen AI Strength with NeuraFlash Acquisition

Accenture is set to acquire NeuraFlash, a Salesforce and generative AI consultancy recognised for building “agentic” solutions that streamline sales, service, and field operations. The move will enhance Accenture’s Salesforce Gen AI and managed services offerings, while expanding its reach into mid-market industries worldwide.

NeuraFlash boasts an impressive track record, with over 1,000 implementations across more than 400 customers globally. The deal will also add around 510 skilled professionals,  holding more than 2,000 Salesforce certifications,  to Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group. While the majority are based in North America, teams in Colombia and India will also join, giving Accenture deeper delivery strength.

By blending Accenture’s scale and industry expertise with NeuraFlash’s generative AI and agentic solutions, the companies aim to help clients deploy intelligent tools more quickly and effectively. NeuraFlash also strengthens Accenture’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) expertise, particularly in using machine learning and AI to personalise contact centre experiences.

“This acquisition will significantly enhance our agentic AI capabilities and allow us to better serve the mid-market, in direct alignment with Salesforce’s strategic direction,” said Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and Salesforce Business Group global lead for Accenture. “By integrating NeuraFlash’s expertise, we aim to help accelerate enterprise AI adoption and drive innovation for clients across industries.”

NeuraFlash has been leveraging generative AI since its founding in 2016. Its focus spans automating complex business processes, enhancing analytics, guiding change management, and offering managed services to ensure lasting impact. The company has built a reputation for reimagining service and sales, enabling digital and voice channel innovation, and transforming field operations with Salesforce Agentforce and other technologies.

In May this year, Accenture announced plans to acquire Yumemi, a Japan-based digital services company, to expand its ability to quickly design, develop, and launch innovative digital products for clients.
