Adobe Partners With Medallia To Integrate AI Agents with Sentiment Data

Adobe’s Experience Manager Platform was recently imbued with new agents including an Account Qualification, Content Production, Audience, and Site Optimization Agents.

Those agents now get a fresh boost in the smarts with Medallia’s sentiment data and experience intelligence helping refine audience segments, deliver more personalised content, and optimise customer journeys.

The integration with the newly launched Adobe AI Agents can shape how businesses build, deliver, and optimise customer experiences and marketing campaigns.

The integration will work seamlessly with Adobe’s out-of-the-box AI agents, within Adobe enterprise applications including Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimiser, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
