Customer Experience Magazine is thrilled to announce that CXMStars™️ 2026 is officially open for entries!

Now in its seventh year, CXMStars™ returns to recognise and celebrate the most inspiring customer experience (CX) professionals and thought leaders from around the world. This is your chance to honour the individuals whose passion, creativity, and leadership are shaping the future of CX.

What Is CXMStars?  

CXMStars™️ highlights the Top CX Professionals and Top CX Influencers globally — spotlighting the people who are driving transformation, elevating standards, and making a meaningful impact in customer experience.

Whether you’ve led standout initiatives, inspired others with thought leadership, or pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in CX — now’s your opportunity to be recognised or to nominate someone outstanding.

This year we have expanded the scope for getting involved by consolidating the CX influencer and CX professional lists and opened up a truly global people-first CX program.

Who Can Be Nominated?  

CX Professionals and Influencers can be nominated for CXMStars. This might be CX leaders within a large corporate enterprise, an independent consultant, or perhaps a CX leader that runs their own community group.

Talented practitioners who lead strategic CX work within organisations — driving change, improving customer journeys, and embedding customer-centric thinking at every level.

💡 CX Influencers
Thought leaders, speakers, consultants, authors, and evangelists whose ideas and insights shape conversations and progress across the global CX community.

How to Participate  

  • Nominate yourself or someone else who you believe deserves recognition in 2026 by filling out the form.
  • Follow the instructions on the form and ensure you include the required information. You will require your nomination’s email address in order to proceed.

You can submit nominations for as many individuals as you like — tell us why they stand out, share their career highlights, and show how they’ve shaped CX over the past year.

What Happens Next  ?

Once nominations close on the 16th January 2026:

  • Finalists will be announced to the CX community on the 19th January.
  • Online voting will open on the 19th January, giving CX professionals worldwide a voice in choosing this year’s Top CXMStars™️.
  • A judging panel will review results and help shape the final lists.
  • The final CXMStars list will be published on CXM.World on the 7th February 2026.
