Hubspot Adds New Customer Support and Experience Agents

Hubspot’s INBOUND event is rolling on right now in San Francisco, with the usual keynotes, back-slapping and new features. Among the key news for the CX world, a number of new AI assistants are being rolled out in Breeze to help in the customer support roles across sales, service and marketing teams.
The key trend from Hubspot is “humans lead, AI accelerates.” You can watch the keynote replay with CEO Yamini Rangan here, but cutting to the chase, most users will be interested in the main feature upgrades and improvements. Key for customer-facing roles are the new agents, rolling out in public or private beta.

These features will immediately boost the performance of skinny or startup teams. While enterprises users will likely be able to improve the productivity of their teams, and squeeze further efficiencies out their processes, closing more sales and improving customer experience.
Rebound from the Inbound
The Inbound event is sold out, but there are livestreams and on-demand for some events. Customer experience-focused sessions include “The Science of Visibility,” “Turning Users into Lifelong Customers” and “Everboarding: The Modern Approach to Onboarding.”
