The International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) returns to London in November 2025. Entries for the global celebration of CX open on 1st April.

“It’s fantastic to be able to bring the international CX community together at one event,” said Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International, the organiser of the ICXAs.

“Last year was the first year we brought the ICXAs back as an in person event since COVID. It was a great celebration of customer experience work from across the globe,” he added.

Last year’s winners included Irish firms CarTrawler and AIB, Miral Destinations and Majid Al Futtaim Development from the UAE, Teknosa, Talkmobile from the UK and Heidelberg Building Materials from Germany.

There was a strong presence from international conglomerates such as Syngenta, Schneider Electric, and Radisson Hotel Group.

On the night, the overall winner went to CarTrawler.

The Lifetime Achievement Award was picked by industry figurehead, Bruce Temkin.

“We had winners from across the globe and from all sorts of industries. It illustrates the global impact that the CX discipline is now having on the business world,” said Skehel.

The 8th edition of the International Customer Experience Awards will take place on the 12th November, at Park Plaza Riverbank, in London.

The ICXA is the original and largest celebration of CX around the world. The 2024 event brought together 250 finalists, from 52 different countries across Central America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Awards International operates customer experience awards programmes across the Middle East, North America, Europe and Africa. Last year’s events had over 2,000 finalists from over 90 countries.
