Kore.ai has signed a strategic partnership with Microsoft, strengthening its integration across Microsoft’s cloud and AI platforms to accelerate enterprise adoption of conversational and generative AI. The collaboration will enable Kore.ai to offer deeper, more seamless deployment of AI agents across Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure OpenAI Service, and the newly launched Azure AI Foundry.

The partnership brings together Kore.ai’s advanced agent platform and pre-built business solutions with Microsoft’s hyperscale infrastructure, lowering the barrier for companies to incorporate AI into everyday operations while meeting enterprise standards for scalability, security, and compliance.

Better together

At the core of the collaboration is a practical “Better Together” strategy that goes beyond marketing. By pairing Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat as the user interface with Kore.ai’s AI for Work on the backend, enterprises can enable intelligent, context-aware support for HR, IT, recruiting, and more, directly within Microsoft’s familiar productivity environments.

Kore.ai’s platform also now supports interoperability with Microsoft Copilot Studio, allowing agents built on either platform to work together inside Copilot Chat or Microsoft Teams. This creates a more unified AI ecosystem across enterprise tools and workflows.

Faster development and deployment

Developers and IT teams stand to benefit from Kore.ai’s integration with Azure AI Foundry, enabling both no-code and pro-code development of AI agents. This flexibility allows for faster prototyping, customisation, and rollout of intelligent assistants tailored to specific business needs.

Additional integrations include Kore.ai’s AI for Service with Microsoft Dynamics 365, enhancing customer support automation across voice and digital channels, and AI for Process with Power Automate, bringing decision-aware orchestration to enterprise workflows.

Several Kore.ai solutions are already available through the Azure Marketplace for streamlined procurement and deployment. As part of Microsoft’s Azure IP Co-sell Program, the two companies will continue to collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives.
