US-based enterprise AI player Kore.ai has joined forces with Inception, a G42 company, to co-develop advanced AI products aimed at turbocharging digital transformation across the UAE and beyond.

The strategic partnership, revealed today, fuses Kore.ai’s conversational and generative AI tech with Inception’s deep R&D muscle to create next-gen solutions for major enterprise sectors. The goal is to accelerate innovation and roll out AI-powered tools tailored to real-world business needs.

For Inception, G42’s AI research and product development arm, this partnership is also a gateway to Kore.ai’s expansive international network, potentially supercharging its global footprint. Kore.ai, meanwhile, gains a powerful ally at the centre of one of the world’s boldest AI ambitions.

Andrew Jackson, CEO of Inception, said: “Partnering with Kore.ai aligns perfectly with our mission to realise the adoption of AI power through the G42 Intelligence Grid and bring to market AI-powered products that drive real value. By combining our technological strengths, we will be able to accelerate the implementation of AI-powered products and drive positive outcomes for governments and enterprises in UAE and across the world.”

The announcement comes hot on the heels of H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s high-profile US visit, which included discussions around tech collaboration and AI leadership. The UAE has set its sights on becoming an AI powerhouse by 2031, with Abu Dhabi alone investing $13 billion into a national digital strategy.
