Introduced at CCW Vegas, this all-in-one platform seamlessly integrates multiple AI capabilities, including advanced noise cancellation, accent conversion, real-time interpretation, and agent support tools, into a single, streamlined solution.

Advancements in AI Accent Conversion
With its latest v3.5 release, the platform supports three key accent packs: Indian English, Filipino English, and the newly added Latin American English. These additions aim to reflect the linguistic diversity of major global support hubs, now including accents that cover approximately 85% of Spanish speakers across Latin America, including Mexican, Central American, Caribbean, and Andean dialects.
A standout feature is the AI Live Interpreter, which provides real-time, bidirectional speech-to-speech translation in over 80 languages.
