Mercedes-Benz Trucks Opens an Epic Customer Experience Centre
The personal touch remains key for large-scale purchases, and even all-digital businesses with huge numbers of customers can take a hint from the likes of Mercedes Benz’s new German CX centre down the autobahn from Stuttgart.
The revamped Customer Experience Centre brings a mix of tradition and innovation, while highlighting the reliability, partnership and progress from the brand’s truck division. All demonstrating a stronger international focus that supports global business, and emphasises the central importance of consistent customer orientation.
With a historical tour, restaurant and ultra-modern meeting rooms to strike deals, it represents a major upgrade for buyers and the company. With an expansive eActros 600 Experience World highlighting the latest the marque has to offer, demonstrating electric mobility and future technologies.

Design and Digital Technology in Harmony
The centre highlights Mercedes’ strategic orientation toward customer proximity in a tangible way. While promoting a consistent international brand image based on reliability towards customers and partners, conveying values of reliability, partnership, and progress. All backing up the reaffirmed promise of “Trucks you can trust.”
In the entrance area, a large-format LED wall welcomes visitors alongside a historic truck from 1896, a symbol of innovative strength for almost 130 years. From there, visitors enter the Brand World, where large-format light boxes against a deep black background impressively present the new brand values.
The History Wall leads from there to the restaurant – a chronological tour through the company’s history with exciting stories from the present to the past, back to the first Daimler Truck in 1896.
