Compared to other software of its kind, Alorica’s model is different because the system blends machine speed with human judgment, using moderator feedback to continuously sharpen its algorithm. In practice, this hybrid approach slashes decision-making errors by nearly 90% and cuts moderation costs by more than half.
From hate speech to deepfake scams, the system automatically flags risks while trained humans review the tough calls. It also boasts cultural nuance, supporting moderation in 20+ languages and across diverse communities. According to the company, this has helped resolve millions in fraud and review billions of content pieces globally.
