The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) had a splendid day at the 2025 Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA), with Noura Mohammad Al Remeithi, capturing the CX Leader of the Year award.

Noura Mohammad Al Remeithi has shone in her role at the MBRHE since 2014, consistently demonstrating her commitment to excellence and innovation. Under her leadership, MBRHE launched various leading initiatives, including a Smart Housing Experience platform that integrates housing services into a seamless digital ecosystem.
This initiative resulted in a 96% digital adoption rate and reduced application processing times by 40%, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction. Another project, an Outsourcing Loans initiative, significantly increased the number of beneficiaries from 300 loans per year to 1,800, reducing the financial burden on the government and enabling citizens to own their homes more quickly.
Noura is recognised for her outstanding contributions to the UAE’s public service sector by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who commended Noura and the MBRHE leadership team for their work.
Celebrating the 10th GCXA event
The 10th Gulf Customer Experience Awards event is held in Dubai at the Intercontinental Festival City. The day-long ceremony was attended by 250, customer experience professionals from across the region. Other big winners on the day include Majid Al Futtiam, e& (formerly Etisalat), Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA), the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment and car-dealer, RW Rostamani.
This year’s event had 130 nominations from over 40 different organisations, heralding from government, healthcare, ITC, retail, automotive, property & development, aviation, logistics, energy and business process outsourcing sectors.
Founded in 2009 by Awards International, the Customer Experience Awards began in the UK and now operates in the Middle East, North America, Europe and Africa. Entrants and judges from 88 countries have so far participated in the awards. Last year, over 2,000 companies entered Awards International’s Customer Experience Awards.
