Content generation solutions vendor Persado has launched an agentic AI platform that promises to eliminate the long, painful back-and-forth between marketing and legal teams and do it without sacrificing brand voice or performance.
Dubbed Persado Marketing Compliance AI, the platform is specifically built for the notoriously risk-averse financial services industry, where content must walk a razor-thin line between persuasive and permissible.
According to the company, the new system can slash legal review time by up to 90%, drastically accelerating campaign speed while keeping regulators off your back.
The platform uses a fleet of specialised AI agents that check content for regulatory red flags, like UDAAP, TCPA, ECOA, and other fine-print minefields, and suggest alternative language that’s compliant, on-brand, and high-performing. The system flags potential violations, cites the specific rule being triggered, and offers pre-vetted revisions.
As a result, marketers get to move fast, compliance teams stay in control, and customers get consistent, high-quality messaging across email, SMS, social, direct mail, and more.
Built on insights from over 1 million A/B language tests and years of experience with eight of the ten largest U.S. banks, the platform claims to cut compliance rejections by 85% and campaign cycle times by over 80%.
