RingCentral Contact Center Gets a Boost with NiCE CXone Mpower Integration

RingCentral has announced a multi-year extension of its long-standing alliance with NiCE to deliver integrated, AI-first solutions for businesses looking to modernise and scale their customer experience operations.
Under the renewed agreement, RingCentral will continue to provide RingCentral Contact Centre, an enterprise-grade customer engagement platform powered by NiCE CXone Mpower.
Since forming their alliance in 2015, RingCentral and NiCE have built a strong track record of delivering a unified UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) platform that empowers businesses to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction. The renewed collaboration brings a sharper focus to joint go-to-market strategies, onboarding processes, and post-sale engagement, enabling organisations to accelerate digital transformation and adopt AI at scale.
“This partnership extension marks an important next chapter, and we look forward to working with the NiCE team offering our AI-powered integrated solution, streamlining customer interactions and boosting overall efficiency,” said Vlad Shmunis, Founder, Chairman and CEO of RingCentral.
A cornerstone of the renewed agreement is a reinvigorated focus on the channel partner ecosystem, where RingCentral Contact Centre powered by NICE CXone Mpower, has already seen strong adoption. By expanding joint initiatives in this space, both companies aim to drive broader market reach and accelerate innovation for enterprise clients worldwide.
“The path ahead is about working together collaboratively to unlock more opportunities — and meet businesses wherever they are in their AI journey to modernise how they connect, collaborate, and serve their customers,” said Scott Russell, CEO of NiCE.
