Selectour and Kleio’s Conversational AI Launches Agentic Travel Commerce
After a hard year’s work embedding across huge numbers of businesses, it looks like AI is taking a well-earned holiday with Selectour.
The French independent travel agency has added AI to its customer website Selectour.com, and set it to work with 4,000 travel advisors as the brand ups its agentic powers to boost customer experiences.
But not just any AI. Selectour and agentic sales AI firm Kleio’s conversational AI application says bonjour as the result of a multi-year partnership and a three-month configuration project. The result is a conversational AI that understands travellers’ intentions expressed in French natural language.

These simplify the buying process and high-value customer service.
