Sephora Partners with Uber Eats to Deliver Beauty On-Demand

Uber and Sephora have teamed up to make beauty shopping faster and more convenient than ever. Beginning today, shoppers across the U.S. and Canada can order from hundreds of Sephora locations through Uber Eats, with delivery arriving in as little as 25 minutes.
This marks a milestone for Uber Eats as Sephora becomes the first prestige beauty retailer on the platform. Customers can shop makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and wellness favourites at in-store prices, whether they’re replenishing their everyday essentials, treating themselves, or finding a last-minute gift.
“Our partnership with Uber Eats unlocks even more ease, and immediacy for both our existing and new clients – from restocking your beauty must-haves to last-minute gifting needs, all Sephora shoppers can continue to get the best of beauty delivered straight to their door, and earn points while doing so through our loyalty program,” said Nadine Graham, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Ecommerce, at Sephora.
As part of the collaboration, Beauty Insider members can link their accounts to continue earning points on every Sephora order placed via Uber Eats. To celebrate the launch, U.S. customers can receive $10 off their first Sephora delivery order of $50 or more until October 30. Uber One members will also continue to enjoy $0 Delivery Fee on eligible orders.

The ordering process is straightforward: open the Uber Eats app, navigate to the “Retail” or “Beauty” category, search for Sephora, and browse a wide range of products. Shoppers can then add items to their cart, choose a delivery time, place their order, and track it in real time.
Prior to this, Sephora partnered with Lyft to drive beauty lovers directly to Sephora’s freestanding stores for an immersive, expert-led shopping experience.
