The US Customer Experience Awards 2026 is Now Open
The US Customer Experience Awards (USCXA) entries are now OPEN! Organised by Awards International, in partnership with CXM, the USCXA programme invites companies and organisations across all sectors to showcase their most impactful CX initiatives — whether it’s digital transformation, customer-centric culture, innovative use of AI, or outstanding team performance.
This year is set to be bigger and better with a selection of new categories to help showcase how companies are putting the customer at the heart of everything. You can find out more information about the event here. USCXA 2026 continues the legacy of previous editions. The 2025 edition featured 54 presentations from 36 companies competing across 11 categories, culminating in a virtual Awards Ceremony and the crowning of Subaru of America as Overall Winner. Here are some of our other previous winners leading the way in the US region.

How is USCXA different?
- The USCXA highlights “world-class customer experience” through a transparent, independent judging process underpinned by robust criteria.
- Finalists and winners not only gain recognition and a spot in the USCXA Hall of Fame — they also benefit from feedback reports, benchmarking, and opportunities for networking with other CX leaders.
- The awards cover a broad range of categories, grouped in three streams — “CX Classics”, “CX Spotlight”, and “CX Professionals” — allowing organisations of all sizes and specialisations to compete.

How to Enter
You want to enter? Interested organisations can participate with up to 10 categories if desired via the awards platform.
The entry process is robust and includes a presentation stage for shortlisted companies which are designed to ensure only the most deserving companies take home the trophies.
