The USCXA™️ ’25 Build-up to the Awards and Awards Ceremony took place yesterday, on June 4th. It brought together top customer experience initiatives across the US and marked a day of joy and celebration.

This year’s edition of the USCXA™️ witnessed 54 presentations from 36 companies competing across 11 diverse categories, evaluated by a panel of 56 esteemed judges.

On May 28th, our finalists had the chance to present their inspiring initiatives to the judging panels. Their efforts truly showed their commitment to customer excellence.

Build-up to the Awards featuring CXTrendTalks™️

We added an exciting new element to this year’s Build-up to the Awards – the CX Report -Insights from USCXA 25 Nominations, hosted by our respected judge and USCXA champion, Andrew Carothers, CCXP

Andrew kicked things off by mentioning and thanking the judges and finalists who make this event so special. He then took us through the CX Report, which analyzed this year’s entries and highlighted the creative and forward-thinking solutions our finalists presented. The report also shared important takeaways and helped set the tone for the panel discussion that followed.

Together, they explored the major trends, challenges, and takeaways from this year’s entries, bringing their expertise to a rich and thought-provoking discussion.

Awards Ceremony  

After the Build-up session, Ian Golding CCXP took the stage as host of the Awards Ceremony, stepping into a room filled with energy and anticipation. As the evening progressed, the winners were officially announced, and the USCXA™️ ’25 Overall Winner was revealed: we congratulate SUBARU of America on winning the ultimate accolade in CX!
