Braze has announced a strategic partnership with Shopify, introducing new integrations and features that enhance personalised shopper interactions. The Braze Customer Engagement Platform enables businesses across industries to create seamless, data-driven shopping experiences. With tools like the Braze Data Platform, BrazeAI, and native cross-channel capabilities, companies can unify customer insights and deliver highly relevant interactions.

By combining Shopify’s eCommerce capabilities with Braze’s real-time engagement platform, businesses can improve conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value. These new features, set to launch in early 2025, allow brands to access a bi-directional flow of commerce insights, ensuring that customer interactions are more dynamic and personalised than ever.

Accelerating ecommerce growth 

In addition to seamless integration, Braze is introducing a range of new capabilities to help brands accelerate their eCommerce growth. Pre-built campaign templates and data schemas give marketers the tools to launch impactful campaigns quickly. Businesses can activate highly effective campaigns that drive sales by leveraging pre-defined Shopify events such as Abandoned Cart reminders.

Moreover, new customisable Canvas and Email templates allow for visually appealing, high-converting designs, while drag-and-drop Landing Page templates simplify lead generation for email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.

Cross-channel personalisation capabilities 

Braze is also expanding its cross-channel personalisation capabilities, making it easier for marketers to create immersive shopping experiences. A new no-code email composer allows brands to deliver highly targeted messaging, while the upcoming WhatsApp Commerce integration will allow businesses to showcase products dynamically using Meta Catalogs.

Additional enhancements to WhatsApp, including richer media support, product lists, and click tracking, will help brands engage customers more effectively and drive higher conversion rates.
