Seismic has rolled out its Spring 2025 Product Release — and it’s all about making revenue teams faster, smarter, and more confident with AI at their fingertips. At the centre of the release is Role-Play Agent, a new generative AI tool that lets reps simulate real customer conversations and get immediate feedback, helping them build skills and confidence before going live with buyers.

These updates come when sellers face longer, more complex buying journeys — and when only a small fraction are effectively using AI. According to Gartner, sellers who embrace AI to automate tasks are 3.7 times more likely to hit their targets, yet only 7% are doing so today. Seismic is aiming to close that gap.

What’s New?

Role-Play Agent: This AI coach mimics customer conversations and provides real-time performance scoring, feedback, and coaching insights. It helps sales reps practice at scale, while giving managers data to personalise coaching.

Aura Copilot Everywhere: In addition, Seismic’s AI assistant is now integrated into Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, Slack, and Salesforce Agentforce. Sellers can now access answers, content, and suggestions within the tools they already use — no switching tabs.

Aura Chat: A smart chat interface that lets users have multi-turn conversations with Seismic — ask questions, summarise research, find content, and take action — all with data governance and permissions in place.

Meeting Templates: Sales teams can now drop in reusable, scenario-based meeting templates to speed up prep while ensuring every call has the right agenda and content.

Customer Stories Orchestrator: Instantly generate case studies and logo slides from existing content. No more hours lost building decks — just drop in and go.

Self-Service Reporting: No more waiting on data teams. Enablement pros can now run reports, analyse engagement, and share insights — all on their own.
