Airship has rolled out two new no-code capabilities, Branching and Custom Views, to give customer experience teams the power to build rich, personalised journeys without writing a single line of code.
The updates are part of the Airship Experience Platform and promise to bring new agility to cross-channel marketing. The headline feature is experiences that respond to user behaviour in real time, like shopping carts that follow a customer across apps and the web, preloaded and ready to convert.
Branching allows marketers to create adaptive user flows that react to each person’s choices, whether it’s onboarding paths that skip unnecessary steps, surveys that change on the fly, or promotional offers tailored on the spot. This is all done through a visual editor.
Custom Views, meanwhile, makes it possible to reuse fully functional native components, such as loyalty dashboards, booking tools, or even interactive maps,directly in customer messaging and app content. That means no rebuilding the same interface twice, and a faster path to launch for consistent, polished experiences.
