Brands Turn to Sitecore AI Hub to Simplify Customer Engagement

Sitecore has launched Sitecore.ai, a new digital platform where marketers can explore the role of AI in content, data, and customer engagement. The site offers editorial content, interactive features, and demonstrations of technologies like real-time personalisation and conversational discovery.
Sitecore.ai showcases capabilities built into the company’s XM Cloud, its cloud-native, software-as-a-service digital experience platform. XM Cloud enables brands to manage and optimise omnichannel content, with new self-service tools that include AI-generated campaign briefs, asset recommendations, and automated content suggestions.
Eric Stine, CEO of Sitecore, said: “We built XM Cloud to solve real problems for real marketers. Proven and ready, it’s really SaaS, really simple, and really built with agentic AI to help marketers create smarter, launch faster, and connect more meaningfully. That’s how we’re unlocking the full potential of digital to help brands turn complexity into clarity, and strategy into action.”
Regal Rexnord, a manufacturer of industrial components, recently adopted XM Cloud to launch several new digital properties. According to Sitecore, this has helped the company speed up content production and establish a scalable framework for future digital projects.
The new features aim to reduce the time required to create and launch marketing campaigns, giving teams the ability to adapt content more quickly to different audiences. Sitecore’s updates are part of ongoing additions to its versionless SaaS platform.
