The UK Customer Experience Awards 2025 Winners Are Revealed!

On October 16, 2025, Wembley Stadium played host to one of the UK’s most eagerly anticipated industry nights: the UK Customer Experience Awards. In a ceremony that celebrated the voice of the customer, the ingenuity of service design, and the commitment of organisations across sectors, leaders gathered to honour the best in customer experience in 30 categories.
Crowned the overall winner of the evening, Standard Life also took home Gold in Best Customer Service – Large Company, underscoring its dominance in the field.
In practical terms, the life assurance, pensions, and savings company impressed judges not only with service metrics but also with how it integrates customer centricity into its structure, how it uses data and feedback to iterate, and how it evolves to meet rising expectations.
Thirty awards were handed out across a range of categories, from Best Use of Customer Insight & Feedback, Best Digital Experience, CX Team of the Year, Best Employee Experience, to Best Customer-Centric Culture.

Other big winners include legal firm Irwin Mitchell, which won CX Team of the Year, insurance firm Ageas UK, a gold winner of Customers at the Heart of Everything (Over 1,000 Employees) category, and London Luton Airport, which won Best Customer-Centric Culture (Over 500 Employees).
