Airship’s New AI Agents Take Over the Tedious Parts of CX

Airship has released a lineup of four AI agents designed to automate the core tasks behind customer experience, like building content, running tests, interpreting results, and staying compliant, all while keeping output on-brand.
Mike Herrick, CTO, Airship said: “Our AI Agents are the natural evolution of our no-code platform, automating the entire creation-to-optimisation process that we first enabled teams to accomplish without developer support. Airship AI Agents now close the loop between testing, learning and action at a speed and scale that was previously impossible. By keeping teams in control of this powerful cycle, we are empowering them to connect every marketing effort and customer interaction to meaningful business outcomes.”
The four AI agents include the Scene, the Experimentation, the Recommendation and the Accessibility one.
The Scene AI Agent is a content builder which takes a short prompt or image and generates interactive apps or web experiences, like onboarding flows or surveys, using the brand’s existing design rules.
The Experimentation AI Agent continuously runs A/B and multivariate tests across both messages and app or website experiences. In addition to testing subject lines, it tracks which combinations of content, layout, and timing drive conversions or other business goals.
Meanwhile, the Recommendation AI Agent takes the data from those experiments and suggests what to change. Instead of handing over raw analytics, it gives teams prescriptive actions they can implement immediately.
Finally, the Accessibility AI Agent scans every experience to ensure it meets accessibility standards, including those set by the new EU Accessibility Act. It flags compliance issues and can generate fixes automatically.
Everything runs through Airship’s Brand Hub, so whatever the agents produce sticks to the company’s tone, voice, and design system. The agents can be used separately or together, depending on the problem a team is trying to solve.
The entire release is aimed at task automation, removing the bottlenecks that slow teams down, in processes like content creation, testing, analysis, and compliance, while leaving the strategy and final decisions to humans.
Airship recently launched new updates to its Experience Platform to allow CX teams to build rich, personalised journeys without writing a single line of code.
